In its more than two decades of providing quality education, the Computer Communication and Development Institute (CCDI) continues to prove to the world that its students are world-class amidst rapid technological advancement. No wonder, this simple and humble educational institution has reaped various local and international recognitions and awards, way above its well-established competitors in the province.

This institution has molded its students to attain outstanding achievements in academics, sports, aesthetics, culture and the arts, and world-class computer education. Special mention is the most outstanding alumnus, Mr. Joven H. Hayagan  who made the Philippines proud when he bagged the Medallion of Excellence in the 44th World Skills Olympics (IT Software Solution for Business) at Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; Gold Medalist at the China International Skills Competition, Suzhou, China; and Silver Medalist, 11th Asean Skills Competition in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. There are other CCDI computer professionals who also excelled in their respective fields and brought immense accolades for the school and the nation.

In sports, the CCDI Wildcats has reigned supreme in basketball being the 8-time Champion in the PCCL- Inter-Collegiate Championship of Sorsogon and the PRISAA Provincial Championship. Other students have garnered recognitions and awards in tennis, tae-kwando, sepak-takraw, arnis, etc. both in the provincial and regional levels, not to mention the charming and beautiful CCDI muses.

CCDI has likewise been a perennial finalist in the Search for the Most Outstanding Students in the Bicol Region.

It is but proper and fitting that these talented students were accorded the appropriate recognition and honor during the Tribute & Recognition Night capping the Foundation Day celebration last February 12-17, 2018 which also showcased the multi-talented students of the school in Sports, Culture & the Arts, Aesthetics, “CCDI Got Talent”,  and Software Exhibition at the Capstone Gallery.  It was not surprising then that the Corporate Sponsors of the Job Fair held last February 17, 2018 at the CCDI campus had an easy task of selecting qualified and talented CCDI graduates to enter the corporate world.
